Rafael Garcia-Salgado is an experienced defense litigator in the areas of complex business disputes, professional liability, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, asbestos, and transportation matters. Rafael has significant trial experience, but always focuses on resolving a case early to limit clients’ liability.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Rafael practiced at the law firms of McGuireWoods and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Before becoming an attorney, Rafael served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. Mann, former chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.
Rafael is admitted in all federal districts in California and has an active license to practice law in the state. He is inactive in Colorado, Washington, Virginia, and New Jersey.
