At Resnick & Louis, P.C. we believe a diverse team creates broader perspectives, better ideas, and more creative solutions for our clients, as well as a supportive and collegial working environment for our people. For this reason, we have a policy of posting job ads with bar associations and other job boards that attract diverse candidates to apply, as well as highlighting our diversity and inclusion efforts in our recruiting outreach.

Resnick & Louis, P.C. maintains an environment where people of different backgrounds, ages, sexual orientations, ethnicities, and/or cultures are welcome. When hiring, our team carefully ensures our job listings are written in a manner that promotes inclusivity for all. We have several initiatives within the firm to gather and support our female professionals, our African American professionals, our Hispanic professionals, etc. Additionally, we have established a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect, harassment, or discrimination within our standard operating procedures, and we compensate all employees fairly.

At Resnick & Louis, P.C. we provide support and open communication within the firm for all diverse groups. The owners have established an open-door policy and have created an environment where employees feel comfortable to come forward if they are facing struggles of discrimination, harassment, or disrespect. We have also created mid-level management in the firm which is comprised of diverse lawyers to ensure that our people are comfortable in reporting to their superiors when there is something to discuss.

Resnick & Louis, P.C. maintains fair employee promotion policies, as well as fair employee compensation structures. Every employee, regardless of background, ethnicity, culture, and gender are viewed equally when being considered for a pay raise or promotion.
