Jennifer DelCarmen is a Partner at the Resnick & Louis Las Vegas office. She has lived in Las Vegas since 1986. She graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, in 2007, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2012, she graduated from Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. While in law school, Ms. DelCarmen received the CALI award for excellence in Family Law, Torts, and Privacy, Publicity, & Defamation. Ms. DelCarmen was also a senior staffer the Nevada Law Journal and served as a Family Law Instruction for which she won the Community Service Outstanding Student Award. While in law school, Ms. DelCarmen spent a semester as an extern for the Honorable Judge Jerry Wiese.
Ms. DelCarmen’s practice includes general and automobile liability defense, first party insurance defense, premises liability, and subrogation. Ms. DelCarmen has litigated, with excellent results, since beginning her career in 2012. Ms. DelCarmen also has appellate experience in representing clients before the Nevada Supreme Court.
Ms. DelCarmen is licensed in all courts in the State of Nevada.
