Our firm is seeking a national Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing Business Development team! This position will be based in Scottsdale.
You will provide support to the PR, Communications and Business Development functions, focusing on building and supporting a robust infrastructure.
Graphic Design skills are a plus!
Ideally, you will have some experience with marketing to Insurance companies and/or for an Insurance Defense firm.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications or business and 3-5 years of experience in a professional services marketing, agency, or law firm are required.
Duties include maintaining digital presence including web site and social media, assisting with event collateral such as PowerPoint presentations, assisting with workflow for award submissions, writing and managing projects, developing spreadsheets and databases, using social media platforms and analytics, generating reports, and managing workflow.
Communicating with attorneys and firm owners to follow up on action items; and collaborating with various teams and departments to execute projects and identify process improvements is key.
Candidate must be willing to travel as needed for conferences and various industry events.
