Job Description:
Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeking to hire a 3+ year associate attorney for its Denver office who works well individually and as part of a legal team. You must be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.
We are seeking an attorney with significant litigation experience. Some trial experience in construction defect, general liability and/or bodily injury is a big plus.
This person must have proficiency in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Must be able to proficiently handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in CO, additional licensure in other States a plus.
