Job Description:
Our Miami office is on fire! We are looking to add an additional 2-3 motivated and driven Attorneys with at least 5 years of Civil Litigation experience. Experience in Insurance Defense is a big plus. Open to Fort Lauderdale & West Palm and other surrounding cities.
A book of business is not required for this position and we will also consider Senior and Partner level candidates.
You must have significant civil litigation experience, ideally with some trials in construction defect, general liability and bodily injury.
You must be proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients and handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in Florida.
