Aaron White is a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. with extensive litigation and trial experience in both liability and property damage matters. His primary focus is first property damage disputes. He provides defense representation to both insurance companies and their insured policy holders in insurance coverage disputes and personal liability claims. He has significant experience in defending against personal injury matters arising from both motor vehicle accidents and injuries occurring on premises. He has also successfully defended clients in wrongful death and medical malpractice cases, construction defect claims, and in first party property damage disputes. He also represents clients involved in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and complex commercial matters involving insurance contract and coverage litigation. Further, Aaron has 9 years of trucking experience involving most major truck insurance carriers and Walmart. This also included many independent owner/operators that they represented.
Aaron relocated from western New York to South Florida in order to attend the University of Miami. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology, he began his career at the University of Miami in the field of Information Technology. During his thirteen-year tenure in that field at “The U”, Aaron earned his Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance from the University of Miami School of Business. Aaron then resumed his education at the University of Miami School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2007. Over his legal career, he has used his diverse education and work experience to provide enhanced analysis of both physical injuries and financial damages.
Aaron is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and New Jersey, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and for the District of New Jersey. He is active in the Florida Bar and currently serves on the Member Benefits committee.
