Chris is a Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer that is experienced in handling a wide variety of matters in the areas of construction law, commercial and business litigation, and complex tort litigation. His construction law experience includes complex construction defect claims, contract drafting and negotiation, personal injury arising from construction site accidents, insurance and bond claims, and most other aspects of construction law. Clients of Chris have included owners, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, insurers, sureties, and other professionals associated with the construction industry. He also litigates complex tort and commercial matters stemming from professional liability, premises liability, products liability, automobile negligence, and contract disputes.
Throughout his career, Chris has handled various aspects of specialized commercial real-estate transactions, including, but not limited to, title review, acquisition and sale, and the transferring of mortgage loans. He has also been involved with litigation matters regarding pharmaceutical/tobacco litigation, personal injury and product liability cases in multi-district litigation and class action lawsuits.
Chris received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Florida International University, where he also acquired his Juris Doctorate from the College of Law.
