Stephanie is a partner at the Houston office and has been practicing First-Party and Third-Party Insurance Defense for many years. Stephanie has represented individual and corporate insureds in Texas state courts, litigating personal injury, property loss, medical malpractice, and other tort-based claims. Stephanie has also represented insurance companies in property subrogation, workers’ compensation subrogation, premium collection litigation, as well as in pre-litigation matters. She has represented personal injury plaintiffs, clients subjected to workplace discrimination, and children as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litem in state courts.
Stephanie received her Bachelor in Managerial Studies from Rice University in 1984 and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in May 1988.
Stephanie is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
