Jordan McDaniel is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Jordan spent time litigating cases at large, reputable firms on both the plaintiff and defense side. As a seasoned litigation attorney with a background in both plaintiff and defense work, Jordan holds a balanced perspective and a wealth of experience handling cases on both sides of the courtroom. In doing so, he has obtained favorable settlements in numerous cases with disputed liability and consistently provides a well-rounded defense for all his clients. Jordan's practice is focused in handling insurance defense matters, including mass tort, premises liability, habitability, and personal injury.
Jordan earned his Juris Doctor at the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Jordan served as an extern for the Hon. Judge David H. Bartick at the United States District Court, Southern District of California, as well as for Justice Richard D. Huffman at the California Court of Appeal, 4th District.
Outside of the office, he is an avid traveler with a passion for exploring the outdoors and maintaining involvement in athletics, including kickboxing, basketball, and soccer.
