Luis R. Rodriguez is a partner in the Rio Grande Valley office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. , and is based in Corpus Christi, Texas. He has practiced and tried cases in jurisdictions throughout south and central Texas and along the Texas Gulf Coast. He has extensive experience in transportation and trucking defense, fleet vehicle litigation, premises liability, construction defect, road construction defects, first party coverage, toxic tort defense and UIM and underinsured motorist coverage. He has resolved numerous cases before litigation, throughout the litigation process, through ADR, through motion practice, and at trial.
Luis received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas-San Antonio in 1996. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law and was licensed to practice law in the State of Texas in 1999.
Luis is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, United States Federal District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas; U.S. District Court, Middle Florida; and Eastern District of Arkansas.
Luis is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Corpus Christi Bar Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA), and is a member of DRI.
