Marcos Guerrero is a Senior Associate at the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. He specializes in construction defect law, assisting clients with complex challenges.
Before joining Resnick & Louis, Marcos gained experience working as an associate attorney at a respected construction law firm, handling civil, commercial, and construction defect cases. This experience has given him a strong understanding of the legal complexities in construction disputes.
Marcos, a Miami native, graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. He later earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law in 2017. During law school, he served as an Articles Editor for the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law, demonstrating his dedication to legal research.
Additionally, Marcos is fluent in Spanish.
Marcos is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
