Zachary “Zach” Faulkner is an associate in the Dallas office. His experience includes insurance defense, construction litigation, premises liability litigation, UM/UIM coverage disputes, contractual disputes, OSHA matters, and eminent domain. Zach also has experience in commercial litigation, including trucking and company vehicle collisions.
Zach was raised in Rowlett, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2014 from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He then went on to receive his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Zach was a Senior Article Editor for the Science and Technology Law Review.
Zach began his career as a plaintiff’s attorney for a firm in Houston, Texas, where he learned how plaintiff firms approach and strategize their cases. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Zach was an attorney at a national law firm, where he honed his litigation skills defending various types of clients in construction defect claims, personal injury lawsuits, and contractual disputes.
In his free time, Zach enjoys making memories with his family and is an avid runner.
