Matthew Bruce Hall is a Partner in the Miami office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. With over 19 years of legal experience, Matthew specializes in the defense of personal injury lawsuits, workers' compensation claims, construction defect litigation, and business disputes. He is highly skilled in trial preparation, including pretrial motion work, voir dire, witness examinations, and delivering compelling arguments in court.
Before joining Resnick & Louis, Matthew held several notable legal positions. Most recently, he managed a large caseload involving civil defense cases, including construction defect, bodily injury, premises liability, and employment law. He has also owned and operated his own law firm, where he handled personal injury, workers' compensation, and business litigation, as well as prepared complex estate planning documents. Matthew's legal career also includes significant experience defending construction defect lawsuits, trucking accidents, and premises liability cases, in addition to prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases as an Assistant State Attorney.
Matthew earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in History from Auburn University.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in Florida.
