Jennifer is a member of the firm’s Construction Law and General Liability Practice Groups.
Jennifer defends developers and subcontractors in complex construction defect matters involving commercial and residential projects, global retailers and other businesses in general liability matters, as well as insurance companies in coverage disputes.
With significant experience in all aspects of litigation, Jennifer develops cost-effective strategies that yield the optimal outcome. Her previous experience as risk manager for a home builder has given her valuable insight that enhances her handling of construction law matters. This is reflected in her successful resolution of numerous matters prior to trial, either through effective motion practice or mediation. Jennifer is also routinely called upon in non-litigated matters to analyze agreements, assess liability and risk transfer, develop policies and procedures, enact protective measures, and facilitate settlement negotiations.
Jennifer is licensed to practice law in the state of California, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
