Joshua-Caleb Barton is a dual-barred attorney, admitted to practice in both Florida and California. With a background in the Construction and Entertainment industries, and experience serving as a staff attorney at the Florida Supreme Court before handling many complex legal matters in private practice, Joshua-Caleb brings a diverse skill set and a passion for both legal advocacy and the multimedia and construction industries.

As such, his legal practice has covered an array of fields, including corporate law, construction law, and intellectual property. Joshua-Caleb's experience in high-stakes litigation and transactional work positions him as a versatile attorney capable of handling complex legal challenges. He has represented various contractors and subcontractors in complex construction litigation and arbitration, protected and enforced trademarks and copyrights for various companies and individuals, and represented key talent on feature films.

In addition to his legal expertise, Joshua-Caleb became a licensed insurance agent, has nearly a decade of hands-on experience in the Construction industry and has worked in the entertainment and multimedia industry since he was twelve. This hands-on experience complements his legal practice by, among other things, giving him a better understanding of client needs and industry lingo.
Prior to graduating from law school, Joshua-Caleb won the Fick Book Awards in Business Acquisitions and Transactions, Remedies Law, and Intellectual Property Law; placed top ten in the 1L Moot Court Competition; served in the Student Bar Association; and was a Staff Editor for Law Review at Regent University School of Law. Since 2018, Joshua-Caleb has been a speaker or coach at multiple networking, philosophy, and policy events and conferences such as Galt's Gulch by the Atlas Society, an international think-tank organization.

In addition to his legal and entrepreneurial pursuits, Joshua-Caleb is passionate about philanthropy. He was recognized by the American Cancer Society with the Team Captain Award for his fundraising efforts in the fight against breast cancer. He is also a fitness enthusiast, enjoys the outdoors, and is deeply interested in the film industry, technology, and anime.
