John is admitted to practice in all courts (both State and Federal) in Texas and has been admitted and tried cases on a pro hac vice basis in both State and Federal Court in Louisiana. He has over 30 years of experience representing clients in a broad range of civil trial and appellate matters with a focus on representing Defendant corporate entities and individuals in personal injury, premises liability, property damage, construction defect (contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers), toxic tort, and products liability litigation and arbitration proceedings.
John began his legal career in the United Kingdom and has been a member of the Law Society of Scotland since 1990. John sat the Bar Examination and was licensed to practice by the State Bar of Texas in 1999. He moved to Houston in 2001 and became a United States citizen in 2007.
