Thomas McMullen is an Associate Attorney based in California. Since entering legal practice, Thomas has defended a wide array of clients, garnering significant experience representing businesses and employers in labor-related litigation. In this role, Thomas has handled both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, and violations of workplace safety regulations. Additionally, Thomas has represented clients in pre-litigation matters, including investigations by government agencies, responding to cease-and-desist demands, and negotiating private settlement agreements. As an attorney, Thomas believes that earning the trust of a client is a prerequisite to achieving a favorable outcome. Guided by this philosophy, Thomas works diligently to cultivate productive relationships with every client he represents, ensuring an acute understanding of their legal needs and goals alike.
While attending law school, Thomas was a clinical intern for the California Innocence Project, where he assisted in exoneration efforts for the wrongfully convicted. Thereafter, Thomas was a legal intern for both the San Diego Public Defender’s Office and the Alternate Public Defender’s Office.
When not working, Thomas enjoys playing guitar, attending live music performances, traveling, and spoiling his dog, Kobe. He is also a devoted fan of the Milwaukee Bucks and Milwaukee Brewers.
Thomas is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and California.
