Arnel A. Jalbuena is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. He has a robust background in general litigation, including personal injury and construction defect defense in both first-party and third-party matters. Arnel is skilled in managing cases from prelitigation through resolution, providing comprehensive advice and counsel to individual clients and insurance carriers on claim investigation, strategic planning, and negotiation.
Before joining Resnick & Louis, Arnel served as an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, where he handled litigation cases, deposed expert and non-expert witnesses, argued in informal discovery conferences, and drafted successful dispositive motions. Prior to that, he worked at the Law Offices of Arnel B. Jalbuena, APC, where he drafted settlement demand letters, Visa applications, and procedural motions, and communicated extensively with clients and medical providers. His experience also includes clerking at Geonetta & Frucht, LLP, and the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, where he drafted evidentiary motions and coordinated with state agencies.
Arnel earned his Juris Doctor from UC Hastings College of the Law, where he served as Senior Article Editor for the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UC Riverside.
