Kenneth J. Tager is a Partner in the Albuquerque office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where his practice includes insurance defense, both first and third-party, government procurement, construction law, public entity, real estate, land-use regulation, general civil litigation and appeals, administrative procedure, corporate planning and commercial law. Most of his experience has involved writing contracts, for setting up, purchasing and selling companies, secured lending, employment matters, administrative compliance, etc. For the previous 15 years he handled virtually every contract the City of Rio Rancho, NM, made. And for his last seven years with the city, he handled all real estate transactions for the city: contracts and deeds for purchases and sales, imposing and releasing liens, foreclosures, etc.
Kenneth has represented several local governments in Arizona and New Mexico, insurance carriers in coverage matters, business owners in corporate planning, and design professionals in construction litigation.
Kenneth is licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico, all Connecticut State and Federal courts, and United States Tax Court.
