Sean Swinford is an Associate in the Ontario office of Resnick & Louis, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on tort liability litigation, construction matters, real estate litigation and representation of small business owners.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Sean was an associate in a medium-sized national law firm handling personal injury matters, construction defect cases, real estate transactions and litigation, and other litigation. More recently, he defended real estate brokers, agents and escrows in professional liability cases, as well as substance treatment facilities in general liability disputes. He has experience representing clients at trial and binding arbitration, and has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. Additionally, he has argued in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Pasadena, California.
Mr. Swinford is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern California Districts.
In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hiking, and working in his yard.
