Brad M. Stauber is an associate in the San Antonio office at Resnick & Louis P.C. He was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2012 he graduated from The Pennsylvania State University – University Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) and minors in International Business and Legal Environment of Business. While at Penn State, he participated in a study abroad program in Maastricht, Netherlands. He also served as the President of Penn State’s Club Boxing Team. He attended Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan. During law school, he worked in the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic for multiple semesters. He also participated in a study abroad program in Bialystok, Poland. He graduated from law school in 2015.
After graduation, Brad moved to San Antonio and began practicing in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and property owners’ association matters. Now, he practices in first-party insurance defense, third-party insurance defense, personal injury, auto liability, premises liability, and construction defects. He has participated in multiple jury trials for matters such as DUI/personal injury defense and property damage claim defense.
Brad enjoys spending time with his German Shepherd named Reilly.
