Rob is our Florida office's managing partner and an equity shareholder. Over his 20+ years of practice, he has handled a significant number of claims in a variety of practice areas.

He focuses his practice on complex tort litigation, including premises liability, products liability, auto, medical malpractice, first-party property and coverage, SIU, bad faith defense, bodily injury defense, automobile liability, construction defect, employment law, commercial litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, aviation, real estate and title defense and negligent security matters. He has successfully handled professional liability claims for accountants, architects and engineers, design professionals, and other licensed professionals. Rob represents the rights and interests of businesses, health care facilities, elder care facilities, and other commercial clients that are dealing with complex, pressing legal challenges involving any of the following: complex business litigation, nursing home defense, insurance defense including personal injury, general liability, errors and omissions, premises liability and dram shop, and qui tam and whistleblower defense.

 He also represents national retail, restaurant, and hospitality clients and manufacturers in various diverse matters. Rob represents clients nationwide and has significant experience handling matters in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels. Rob works with several MGAs, Underwriters, and Lloyd’s syndicates on insurance defense, construction defect, and premises liability. Rob has handled logistics providers in bodily injury and cargo loss litigation, including large clients such as Macy’s, JC Penney’s, CEC Entertainment, Saks 5th Avenue, and Uber. Rob has provided full-service solutions for issues that affect consignees confronted with the many challenges of delivering, transporting, storing, and receiving freight and commercial goods. Rob has helped business entities obtain tax and insurance benefits, liability protection, transportation operational efficiencies, and regulatory compliance.
