Dean J. Siotos, Managing Partner for Texas, has more than 21 years’ experience in litigation. Dean aggressively protects his clients’ interests in cases including commercial / business disputes, general liability, tort liability (including general liability, automobile liability, bodily injury defense, intentional torts, first party property and coverage, bad faith, products, negligence, premises, wrongful death, transportation, medical malpractice), construction defect, professional liability, contracts, and environmental.
Having served clients individually, as staff counsel for a national insurance carrier, and also within the structure of a law firm, Dean recognizes the value of developing strong client relationships and maintaining personal involvement in the case, from inception to disposition.
Dean handles comprehensive representation to both local and national shippers, brokers and carriers in Texas and across the United States. Dean helps clients handle a variety of transportation law issues, including contract negotiations, loss and damage cargo claims, and litigation and appeals in state and federal courts.
Dean strives to provide the necessary information and analysis to empower the client to determine the most favorable, efficient and economical litigation strategy. Dean’s extensive experience additionally enables him to discern those circumstances in which a coordinated strategy, among several parties to the litigation, will best serve the client’s interest, and work with other counsel toward the desired result. Dean has conducted nearly eighty jury and bench trials in venues all across Texas and is admitted to practice in all Texas federal districts.
