Jason S. Roberts is a Partner in the Orange County office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. Jason is an experienced trial attorney having obtained successful results for his clients in litigated disputes for over 20 years. Jason primarily practices in the areas of general liability, real estate, intellectual property, construction defect, commercial litigation, class actions, landlord tenant, products liability and catastrophic injury. Jason also has extensive federal litigation experience handling Fair Credit Reporting Act, ERISA and Section 1983 matters on behalf of Fortune 500 clients and municipalities in cases venued throughout the country. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, P.C., Jason spent 16 years as a trial attorney and partner in a prominent insurance defense firm in Irvine.
Jason received his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University, Bloomington, where he double majored in Political Science and History, and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys coaching soccer, making and drinking wine, any/all outdoor activities and restoring classic cars and motorcycles.
Jason is licensed to practice law in the states of California and Indiana and is admitted to all of the United States District Courts for California and Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
