Oliver R. Pichardo is an associate in the Orlando office of Resnick & Louis. He focuses his practice in the areas of general liability, construction defect, first party property, insurance fraud claims, and insurance coverage disputes. Prior to becoming an attorney at Resnick & Louis, he practiced and handled matters involving personal injury protection (PIP) claims, investigations involving suspicious losses in automobile claims, staged accidents, medical recovery actions, and bad faith litigation. Oliver has extensive experience and knowledge handling appraisal in both first party property and glass litigation. Additionally, Oliver conducts careful analysis of policy provisions and endorsements in crafting the best possible defense strategy for Florida windshield glass and assignment of benefit litigation.
Mr. Pichardo earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, Orlando, Florida in May 2020, and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida in December 2016. While in law school, he clerked at the Immigrants’ Rights Center assisting with petitions for asylum and preparing Motions for the Orlando Immigration Court.
Mr. Pichardo is licensed to practice law in Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
