Araba Panford, Associate


Araba Panford is an Associate in the Las Vegas office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. She has represented a diverse range of clients, including insurance companies, casinos, national corporations, homeowners’ associations, trucking companies, subcontractors, and construction developers in the Nevada state and federal court systems. Her experience includes the handling approximately 100 personal injury cases through settlement, arbitration and trials. She has obtained defense verdicts in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, property disputes as well as premises liability actions. Araba has successfully settled several personal injury and Construction defect cases in Clark County, Nevada. Her expertise extends to handling uninsured/under-insured motorist claims, construction defect disputes, mass tort litigation and contractual liability matters.

Araba earned her law degree from Loyola College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her determination was evident when she faced the challenges of Hurricane Katrina, which led her to complete one semester of law school at Penn State Dickinson Law. Undeterred, Araba returned to New Orleans and graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree in 2008 and after passing the Nevada bar, she began practicing law in Las Vegas in January of 2009.

Araba finds entertainment in playing with her Boston Terrier. She also enjoys hosting dinner parties, dancing to music, exercising, watching comedies and going to plays. Araba further participates in thrilling activities, such as white-water rafting, riding ATVs and ziplining.
