Jennifer M. Palmer is Of Counsel in the Denver office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. where her areas of focus are insurance coverage and litigation. Jen has over 20 years’ experience defending all types of first party property and coverage claims, as well as bad faith, automobile liability, SIU insurance fraud defense, and premises liability claims.
After graduating law school, Jen clerked at the New York State Court of Appeals (New York’s highest tribunal). She next clerked for Judge Howard Kirshbaum of the Colorado Supreme Court. Additionally, she practiced commercial and bad faith litigation at a regional firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jen then joined a mid-size defense litigation firm in Denver, where she later became a partner and responsible for managing the firm’s largest client. Jen joined Resnick & Louis in 2014.
Jen enjoys cross-country skiing, hiking, baking and volunteer work with her church. She is married to Mick Jackowski and has two daughters.
Jen is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. She has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
