Joyce M. Ondich is a Partner in the Dallas, Texas office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. She has extensive experience in insurance defense, personal injury defense, wrongful death, and coverage litigation. Her practice areas include personal injury defense, automobile defense (commercial and personal lines), professional liability and general insurance defense.
Ms. Ondich has significant experience handling personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents. She served as staff counsel for multiple insurance companies prior to joining Resnick & Louis. Ms. Ondich has tried approximately 60 cases to jury verdict in courts across Texas. She also has experience in bad faith and insurance coverage. Ms. Ondich was named a Rising Star in Insurance Coverage by Texas Monthly in 2007.
Ms. Ondich graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, summa cum laude, in 1995 with a B.A. in government and politics. She obtained her J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude in 1999 as a member of the Order of Barristers, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Order of the Coif.
Ms. Ondich enjoys attending Dallas Mavericks basketball games, spending time with family and playing with her dog, Liberty.
Ms. Ondich is licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
