Lorenzo Nieto Jr. is a Partner in the El Paso office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and his practice is focused on insurance defense, representing clients in Texas. Lorenzo has handled first party property defense, third party and first party bodily injury defense and premises liability defense matters in Texas. Lorenzo has also handled electric utility regulatory matters, as well as OSHA investigatory claims, before administrative boards and agencies in Texas and New Mexico, and he has served as in-house counsel to a publicly traded electric utility in Texas.
Working as Field Counsel for two preeminent insurance carriers, Lorenzo has been involved in defending hundreds of litigated cases involving insurance defense, auto liability and premises liability matters and seeks to leverage that experience to help the firm and its clients meet their goals.
Lorenzo received his Baccalaureate degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at El Paso, and he received his law degree from the St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas and New Mexico.
