Leena Moten is an Associate in the San Diego office. Her practice primarily focuses on civil litigation defense, including construction defect litigation, products liability, premises liability, personal injury - automobile and trucking, property damage, negligence, and general liability defense matters. Leena takes pride in protecting her clients' interests while providing thorough and zealous legal representation.
Leena is an experienced trial attorney. As a Deputy Public Defender in the County of San Diego for more than 16 years, Leena represented a diverse group of clients who could not afford legal services in both serious misdemeanor and felony matters. She was involved in all aspects of litigation - from the review and request of discovery, negotiations, investigations, expert retention, motions and hearings to jury and bench trials.
Leena received her Bachelor of Science from Portland State University and her Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School, where she participated in its Legal Clinic.
Leena enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and taking advantage of the beautiful weather in San Diego. On a sunny weekend, you can find Leena and her girls at the beach, in the pool, or at a playground. Leena also enjoys hiking, reading, watching movies and cooking.
Leena is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
