During the last 19 years, Caroline Ann Molloy has come to be known and respected as one of the top litigation attorneys in Southern California. Ms. Molloy is known for her powerful and aggressive interdisciplinary litigation practice, combining expert trial and courtroom advocacy skills with bold and decisive litigation strategies.
Ms. Molloy has first chaired several trials, handling cases ranging from automobile accidents, slip and falls, environmental law, real estate disputes, class actions, commercial litigation, employment practice liability, professional liability/errors & omissions, D&O litigation, general liability, ADA law to complex trade secret litigation. In 2007 – 2008, 2010 – 2013, Ms. Molloy was named a “Rising Star” as one of the top 2.5% of Southern California lawyers as rated by her peers.
Additionally, she has worked at the EPA, Region VIII in Denver, Colorado focusing on regulation and enforcement of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RICRA, and the Endangered Species Act.
