Caroline Ann Molloy is an experienced and well-respected trial attorney with more than 20 years of extensive knowledge in civil litigation. She focuses her practice primarily on real estate transactions and litigation, automobile, and personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, she owned her own law firm representing multiple clients in complex civil litigation, including complex business litigation, insurance bad faith and coverage, environmental, and catastrophic personal injury. Ms. Molloy has successfully used her defense and insurance expertise to resolve cases within insurance policy limits on many occasions. In addition, Caroline has handled employment, legal and medical malpractice, family custody and support cases, elder abuse, sexual assault, products liability, and business disputes since 1998. She has tried several cases successfully on behalf of defendants resulting in defense verdicts and favorable settlements.
On the personal side, Ms. Molloy is a Southern California native, who while in high school performed as Mickey Mouse at Disneyland in the parades. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1995 with honors with a degree in Law & Society and an emphasis in Environmental Studies. She received her law degree from University of Denver College of Law in 1998, where she graduated fourth in her class. After practicing for three years in Colorado as a defense lawyer at an international law firm, Caroline returned to her native California. Caroline is a lifetime member and past Board Member of the Orange County Women Lawyers Association and a member of the Orange County Celtic Bar Association.
