Terrence Mitchell is an associate attorney whose practice is concentrated in civil litigation with a primary focus in the areas of labor and employment law and general liability matters.
Terrence was born in Newark, New Jersey and raised in East Orange, New Jersey. Terrence attended Rutgers University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Mitchell earned his Juris Doctorate in 2018 from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Terrence interned at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, DC where he was responsible for researching topics including unfair labor practices and assisting the regional field offices with compliance related matters. Terrence was Vice-President of the Black Law Students Association, received the Best Oral Advocate Award, and served as a Student Ambassador. Since graduating, Terrence has been named to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and was selected as a New Jersey Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2023.
Terrence is admitted to practice before the courts of the state of New Jersey, as well as the District Court of New Jersey.
When not working, Terrence is an avid gamer and enjoys playing basketball watching Marvel movies. He also enjoys spending time with his family, as well as watching true crime dramas with his girlfriend.
