Adam P. McMillen is a Partner in our Reno and Las Vegas office and has 15 years of experience leading a wide variety of litigated matters from beginning to end in state and federal courts. Adam designs his litigation strategy based upon the facts of each case with an eye for his clients’ business goals as well as the dynamic legal environment of today’s world. He strives to be thorough in depositions and meticulous in trial preparation in order to provide the best representation for his clients.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Adam worked as an attorney at the University of Nevada, Reno, Farmers Insurance, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and Watson Rounds, where he practiced in the areas of insurance defense, labor and employment, business and intellectual property law. His trial experience includes 16 jury trials and 4 bench trials as lead trial counsel. He has also tried 4 jury trials as second chair trial counsel. Not only does Adam have extensive trial experience, he has handled many alternative dispute resolution matters, including binding and non-binding arbitrations and mediations. Adam has experience in products liability and personal injury.
Adam is licensed to practice law in Nevada and Utah.
