Amber Maynard is an Associate at the Orlando office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses her practice on property. commercial, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Amber worked at Orlando-based insurance defense firm handling first party property cases in state court.
Born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she completed her undergraduate studies with a degree in Criminal Justice at Georgia State University where she was on the Dean’s List and graduated with honors. While attending Georgia State University, she interned with the Clayton County Public Defender’s Office located in Jonesboro, Georgia. She was also an active member of the Georgia State Criminal Justice Student Association. Upon graduating from Georgia State University, she attended Florida Institute of Technology where she received her Master of Business Administration. Amber obtained her law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida where she served as the Vice President of American Civil Liberties Union and Parliamentarian for the school’s student chapter of the Women’s Law Caucus.
Amber is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
