Zurn Industries LLC case. Miles drafted the underlying dispositive motion and reply and finalized and filed the Response Brief.

Before joining Resnick & Louis, Miles’ practice was focused on civil litigation, transactional business formation, business and estate planning, and business and real estate transaction law. Previously, while in law school, he served as an Assistant District Attorney at Ventura County District Attorney’s Office in California.

When he is not working, Miles donates his time to serve as an officer at one of the 30 largest charitable organizations in Arizona.
