Tyler Martin is a Partner in the Phoenix and Salt Lake City offices of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive litigation defense experience in construction defect, medical malpractice, personal injury, mass tort, toxic tort, and E&O defense. Tyler also has significant experience in handling the investigation and litigation of complex workers' compensation, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy law matters. Tyler conducted hundreds of bankruptcy law seminars educating individuals and businesses on the bankruptcy process and rights afforded through bankruptcy filings.
Prior to graduating from law school, Tyler was the Solicitations Editor for the Brigham Young University School of Law Education and Law Journal. Tyler volunteered with youth held in juvenile detention centers and provided guidance to families affected by incarcerated minors. Tyler has also volunteered his time as president elect of Arizona’s Coconino County Bar Association where he worked to provide continuing education training to county attorneys.
Tyler is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah, as well as various native American Tribal Courts.
