Clayton Manceaux is a Partner in the Denver office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and he has twenty years of experience defending clients claims in Colorado court and arbitration forums including auto and transportation defense. Clayton started his career as part of team litigating complex cases in Colorado State Courts and United States District Court for defendants in Entran II litigation of insurance fraud cases. As lead counsel he obtained defense jury verdicts in personal injury actions in Denver and Boulder County District Courts and property damage claims in dozens of bench trials across Colorado. He has successfully handled professional liability claims for accountants, healthcare, and other licensed professionals. Clayton also has experience with first party property analysis, SIU/EUO, automobile liability, bodily injury defense, medical malpractice and bad faith.
Clayton also has first and second chair trial experience defending subcontractors in the Canyon Ranch and St. Andrews jury trials in Douglas County District Court. Clayton defended individual and corporate clients in a multi-million traumatic brain injury suit and various general contractor and subcontractors in high dollar construction defect actions in addition to insurance clients in bad faith actions. Clayton has handled EUO and SIU cases with experience in coverage matters.
A native of Louisiana, Clayton received his Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in History and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. While in law school, Clayton represented clients as a student attorney in the Student Law Office and the Earthlaw legal clinics.
Outside of the office, Clayton spends his time coaching youth sports, chasing after his two young children, and vigorously following the LSU Fighting Tigers.
Clayton is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
