Dean D. Lindberg is Of Counsel at the Sacramento office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive experience in many areas of litigation, most notably with trucking & automobile personal injury accidents. He has also represented national retail stores regarding premises liability, which has included slip/trip & falls, false arrest and construction site accidents. In other large loss cases, Dean has represented clients regarding professional liability, products liability and transportation defense as well as construction litigation including contractual compliance, indemnity, defective claims, and insurance coverage issues.
Dean has tried over 25 cases, presented over 350 cases in arbitration and mediated more than 300 cases throughout his career. He was rated as an AV trial attorney for his work representing clients of Liberty Mutual Insurance, Golden Eagle and Safeco. Dean was also a court appointed arbitrator for Marin, Alameda and San Francisco Counties and acted as an arbitrator in more than 100 cases.
