Katherine Botros focuses her practice on construction defect litigation, insurance defense, bodily injury defense, automobile liability and general civil litigation. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, she spent 10 years practicing in the area of construction defect claims, defense against catastrophic injury and brain damage claims, and bodily injury for both plaintiffs and defendants. Katherine has arbitration experience and has successfully resolved several civil lawsuits, obtaining dismissals or settlements below the potential exposure level in numerous complex lawsuits on behalf of her clients. Katherine is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California.
Katherine received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1999 from University of California, Irvine, and her Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 2004. While in law school, she was a member of the Dean’s List, Law Review, and Trial Advocacy Honor’s Board.
