Lindsay Joachim is a Partner in the Burbank office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and focuses his practice on civil litigation, construction defect general liability and insurance defense. He has 30 years of experience as an attorney. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Lindsay worked as staff counsel for 2 major insurance companies. Prior to that he dabbled in plaintiff’s personal injury and bad faith as well as business litigation. He also defended Home Inspectors.
Lindsay lived on Long Island and moved to California as a teenager. He received his B.S. Degree in Business from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA. He worked for 9 years as a financial analyst before earning his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He was editor on the Loyola Entertainment Law Journal.
Away from the office Lindsay plays Tennis and with Melissa takes care of his 4 Newfoundland Dogs, likes to travel and take cruises.
Lindsay is licensed to practice law in California. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
