Ali Iftikhar is an associate who joined the firm in 2019, and is based in the Miami office. He currently focuses his practice in the areas of insurance defense; construction defect; premises liability; and general civil litigation.
Ali spent his formative years in Karachi, Pakistan, where he completed his primary and secondary education at a private, British school. A proud “Double-Cane”, Ali then completed his undergraduate, and legal education at the University of Miami. In law school, Ali worked as a law clerk and intern for Americans for Immigrant Justice and The Council on American Islamic Relations. He was also the Vice President for the Federal Bar Association’s Miami Law Chapter, and was an active member, writer and participant of Equity Playhouse, a stage-acting group for law students.
Prior to joining the firm, Ali worked as an associate at large, and well-respected civil defense firms in Florida, specializing in insurance defense litigation; and general civil litigation. He also previously worked in the field of litigation support, and was employed with a prominent financial institution, working in wealth management.
