Arnold W. Holaday is a Partner in the Riverside/Ontario office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and specializes in defending a wide variety of insurance defense cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, premises liability issues, landlord-tenant issues and construction defect. Arnold is also involved in the evaluation and defense of first-party insurance fraud matters including taking examinations under oath and drafting coverage opinions.

Prior to joining the firm, Arnold practiced law at a prominent firm in Los Angeles for over 20 years defending cases involving personal injury, construction defect and real property title issues. In defending construction defect cases, Arnold represented general contractors in complex multi-party actions involving large residential developments. Arnold's experience in the area of real property litigation includes defending insureds on issues involving boundary disputes, easements, mechanic’s liens, landlord-tenant liability, chain of title issues and lien priorities. He also has knowledge in third party liability and products liability.

Arnold received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from UC Irvine. Arnold attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor with honors and was a member of law review.

Arnold is licensed to practice law in the state of California as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
