André R. Hill is a Partner in the Sacramento and Orange County offices of Resnick & Louis, P.C. and has extensive litigation experience in all branches of Structural Pest Control including WDO, fumigation, rodent control, and chemical pounds (FIFRA), design professionals, A&E, construction defect, insurance defense, bodily injury defense, product liability defense, premises liability, toxic tort litigation, and habitability issues. André’s experience includes the analysis and litigation of all aspects of general civil litigation with expertise in insurance defense, defending and advising pest control operators, rental equipment disputes, and trucking litigation. His practice also involves activity in all phases of litigation, including responsibility for trials, binding arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
André also has significant experience in handling the investigation and litigation of varying forms of pest control matters and has made several presentations to Pest Control of California inspectors and operators concerning issues concerning bed bugs, termites, gophers, moles, and numerous vermin. André has advised claim adjusters in file handling procedures for pest related matters.
Prior to graduating from law school, André was an Associate Editor for the UCLA Black Law Journal. He has been a speaker/presenter at various legal forums on topics such as Mechanic liens, diversity in the law, and pest control law and practices throughout California.
During his personal time, André enjoys reading literary works, running, listening to Jazz, coaching, and playing basketball and baseball. He was a California All State Basketball Player while attending college.
André is licensed to practice law in California.
