Manuel “Manny” Hernandez is a Partner in the San Antonio office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. He has over 25 years of experience litigating cases throughout south and central Texas. His practice involves representing individuals, businesses, and insurers in areas of litigation and risk management. His primary practice includes first and third-party personal injury defense, bad faith, SIU/EUO’s, trucking and transportation, dram shop, premises liability, construction defect, products liability, and commercial litigation.
Prior to his tenure at Renick & Louis, P.C., Manny honed his legal skills serving as in-house counsel for a national insurance company. This experience granted him unique insights into the insurance industry, further enhancing his ability to navigate complex legal challenges.
Manny received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Texas at Pan American and received his Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University from Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Manny is licensed to practice law in Texas, and United States Federal Courts.
