Aaron Henry is an Associate at the Jacksonville office of Resnick & Louis, P.C.. His practice focuses on construction litigation and insurance defense. He has represented general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in construction defect litigation. Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Aaron practiced civil litigation and insurance defense with a focus on construction in Tampa and Jacksonville.
After high school, Aaron enlisted in the United States Air Force and served nearly six years before being honorably discharged to pursue his legal education. He was able to complete his bachelor’s degree while stationed overseas in Turkey. Aaron returned to his native Jacksonville and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law after only two years. Upon graduating and passing the Florida Bar Exam, he worked as an Assistant State Attorney for Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit. As a prosecutor he oversaw hundreds of cases from inception to resolution. He also served as lead attorney on over twenty jury trials to verdict. Aaron prosecuted all types of criminal cases including manslaughter, attempted homicide, and fraud. As a former prosecutor, he has considerable courtroom and trial experience.
