Amanda Heard is a Partner in the Jackson office of Resnick & Louis, P.C.. With 25 years of experience, Amanda is a successful and knowledgeable defense litigator having practiced in both Mississippi and Tennessee in civil and criminal law. She now primarily focuses her practice on workers’ compensation, SIU/EUO, as well as insurance defense and personal injury. Amanda has extensive trial and litigation experience in many areas of the law, including courtroom litigation, and mediation, and alternative dispute resolution. Additionally. Amanda has experience serving as counsel and providing representation in general liability and commercial matters.
Amanda is married to Derrick Heard and is the mother to three daughters. She is also an active volunteer in her local community.
