Tal Harari is an Associate at the firm’s Miami office and focuses her practice on civil litigation.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Miami and Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
At Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Harari was a recurring member of the Dean’s List. She was also a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, where she served as Chairperson for Research & Problem Development. Ms. Harari competed in the ABA’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition where her team was named Regional Champions. She also served as Executive Editor for Nova’s ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. Her article discussing the legal and ethical implications of Facebook usage by law students, lawyers, and judges was published in the Fall 2013 edition of the Journal.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Ms. Harari practiced insurance defense in personal injury matters, including medical practice, premise liability, and general liability cases.
