Mark Hall has extensive litigation experience throughout all of California. Mark is well-versed in general counsel guidance, real estate contracts, premises liability, construction defect, class actions, employment practice liability, professional liability/errors & omissions, D&O litigation, general liability, ADA law, consumer product litigation as well as a variety of general liability matters. Mark has successfully defended his clients in a variety of resolution forums.
Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Mark served principal counsel for the Hall Law Firm for 19 years. After launching the firm, Mark provided counsel to private sector corporations as well as general counsel advice to Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, municipalities, third party administrators and self-insured entities. Mark served as Of Counsel for the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, providing legal advice and ethics instruction to a professional organization with over 1000 members. He has also served as an adjunct professor of business law.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Studies from Pitzer College in Claremont, California. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California.
