Austin S. Haigh is an Associate of the firm. His litigation experience spans the areas of personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance, and employment actions. This includes cases of products and premises liability, automotive liability, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour actions. His construction cases involve defending various trades in the building of commercial and government structures, single-family residence projects, and apartment and condominium complexes.
This extensive litigation experiences includes trials in state and federal court, appellate argument, mediations, and litigation through alternative dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, Mr. Haigh has obtained strong results that begin with developing active and responsive relationships with clients. This focus has resulted in several dismissals for his defense clients.
Mr. Haigh is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Northern District of California.
Mr. Haigh received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside.
